The Virginians, Richmond's Premiere a cappella vocal ensemble singing four-part harmony, is a nationally competitive ensemble that has been performing in central Virginia for over seventy years.

We sing Traditional Barbershop, Doo-wop, Gospel, Pop, Holiday, Broadway Classics, and Contemporary A Cappella music. 

Members rehearse every Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at First Mennonite Church of Richmond, located at 601 East Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23227. Visitors are always welcome to join us!

In addition to the full chorus, a mini-chorus is often assembled to sing for small groups and special events. The Virginians Chorus is also home to eight quartets including Callback, Cap’s Legacy, Chordial, Happy Together, In A Chord, Mental Note, Return to Fourm, and The Elderly Brothers.
